1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at modelsnapperstudio.com or engaging ModelSnapper Studio ("we", "us", "our") for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

ModelSnapper Studio provides fully managed AI creative production services for fashion brands and other industries. Our services include but are not limited to:

• AI-generated campaign imagery and on-model photography
• Product photography and e-commerce visuals
• Social content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• AI video production including 360° shots and campaign reels
• Brand model creation — a dedicated AI model built for your brand
• UGC-style AI-generated content for advertising

All services are custom quoted. Deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work commences.

3. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to fulfil your project, you agree to:

• Provide accurate product images, brand guidelines, and creative briefs in a timely manner
• Review and approve concepts, model selections, and style references before production begins
• Ensure you have all necessary rights to any materials you submit to us
• Obtain all required consents from individuals whose likeness you wish us to use ("Bring Your Own Model" service)
• Respond to queries within agreed timelines to avoid project delays

4. Bring Your Own Model — Consent Obligations

If you elect to use a real person's likeness for AI generation through our "Bring Your Own Model" service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have obtained explicit written consent from the individual(s) for AI image generation and commercial use
• The consent covers all intended uses of the generated imagery
• You will indemnify ModelSnapper Studio against any claims arising from the use of likeness materials you provide

ModelSnapper Studio bears no responsibility for consent compliance obligations that rest with the client.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full payment for a project:

• You receive full commercial rights to all AI-generated outputs delivered to you
• You may use delivered images and videos across all channels without restriction
• ModelSnapper Studio retains the right to use anonymised or credited work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing

ModelSnapper Studio retains ownership of our proprietary workflows, prompting methodologies, and production systems. These are not transferred as part of any project.

6. Free Sample Policy

Our free sample offer is subject to the following conditions:

• One free sample set per brand — not per individual contact
• Free samples are produced at our discretion based on project fit
• Sample outputs are for evaluation purposes only and may not be used commercially without a paid engagement
• We reserve the right to decline a sample request without reason

7. Payment Terms

All projects require a deposit before production commences, with the balance due upon delivery. Specific payment terms are outlined in your project quote. We reserve the right to withhold final deliverables until payment is received in full.

Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced. Cancellations after production has begun may incur costs proportional to work completed.

8. Delivery & Revisions

Our standard turnaround is 48 hours from brief approval, though this may vary based on project scope. Each project includes a set number of revisions as agreed in your quote. Additional revision rounds are available at an additional cost.

Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. After this period, the project is considered complete.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information — including briefs, brand materials, product images, and business details — as strictly confidential. We will not share your materials with third parties except as necessary to fulfil your project, under equivalent confidentiality obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ModelSnapper Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered outputs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, sales results, or advertising performance from the use of our delivered content.

11. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All imagery and video produced by ModelSnapper Studio is AI-generated. While we strive for photorealistic quality, we make no warranty that outputs will be suitable for every intended platform or use case. The client is responsible for reviewing outputs for their specific requirements before publication.

Regulations regarding AI-generated content in advertising may vary by jurisdiction. It is the client's responsibility to comply with all applicable disclosure requirements in their market.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services or deliverables to:

• Create content that is unlawful, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Generate imagery involving minors
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as real photography in contexts where disclosure is legally required
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project or refuse service at any time if a client breaches these Terms, provides false information, or engages in conduct that is harmful, abusive, or unlawful. In such cases, refunds will not be issued for work already commenced.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
